At the top of Wakeboarding sits only a few riders, and Rusty is one of them. If you measure how much someone desires to be on the water, getting even better and pushing themselves Rusty would sit alone. His passion and work ethic have kept him where he wants to be, competing for the top spot. In 2011 Rusty finished 4th on the Pro Wakeboard Tour, 3rd on the King of Wake Series and he was voted 3rd in Transworld Wake’s Reader Poll by the fans. His recent cover shot on Transworld Wakeboarding and his Pro Spotlight back in April have also helped keep Rusty at the top of the industry’s Exposure Meter. For 2012 he went back to the drawing board and developed a new Marek shape available today in Hyperlite’s Nova and Bio3 Core options.    -Greg Nelson, Team Manager
